We are closed during December, January and February. 

We now only do Evening Meals by prior arrangement and when there is 6 or more guests having them.  
Meals Policy

After checking availability with us you will need to follow this procedure to book a room.

    Detail nights required and type of room required. 
Send letter and cheque for deposit made out to 'Beckfoot Country Leisure'. 
Send to Beckfoot House, Helton, Penrith, Cumbria,  CA10 2QB. 
Deposit is £20 per person (Adults).

Cancellations will only be accepted and deposits returned if done so more than 14 days prior to the date of stay.

Or Send email to book. Please send credit card details with address and name on card plus expiry date. Send the number in one e-mail then address and name in separate e-mails on separate days. (or send all details by fax 01931 713391)
   No money will be taken from the cards till you complete your stay. Should you cancel after making a booking a £20 per adult deposit will be taken. If you fail to turn up on the night without notice the cost of your stay less meals will be deducted. Please note we have a 2% surcharge when a credit card is used to settle accounts.
  You can use cheque or cash.

A cancellation insurance form will be sent together with the brochure to you for your perusal should you wish to take it out.
